THE LEDT SCOOPER IS IN FACT A DRAG! WHAT IF WE CAN PUT A COVER IN FRONT OF THE LEFT SCOOPER, THEN WE REMOVE THE DRAG. BU WE CANNOT FIX THIS COVER SINCE THE WIND DIRECTION CHANGES.
